Hello. I don't know why I'm part of this network. I'm new to Jira Software, and I was surprised to see that my email is associated with this. Can you please remove me from this network? Unfortunately, Jira support is unable to do it.
Hey Adam, thanks for the quick reply. I apologize for my own confusion. I am still learning how networks (might be wrong on that term) work in Jira Software. When I signed in to my Atlassian account and selected the product “Jira Software”, I expected to have to create my own network - i.e. - mycustomname.atlassian.net. Instead, I was redirected to this network.
Perhaps, you can educate me on what the proper terminology is for these “networks“, and I can Google around to learn more about them so I formulate my question better?
ok. You were redirected to this project in particular (CSHARP)? Or this instance (datastax-oss)? I’m not sure why that would be, but I think you are free to ignore either and create your own.
If you’d like I can try to remove you from the Jira in user management. Let me know if I should try that.
That’s a good question. I was redirected to datastax-oss. I don’t believe it was this project in particular. Honestly, I have no idea why this happened or what the remedy is, but I know for sure that I have no idea how I got into this organization. Would you mind removing me from this organization (datastax-oss)? I assume that should satisfy this issue, and it might allow me to create my own organization when I click Jira Software the next time.
I removed via user management.
