Consider merging CqlSession back into Session
Description
It feels a bit weird: that seems to imply that there are / will be other types of Sessions, which isn't really the case.
Since CQL is supported out of the box and the processors will likely never be disabled, the methods can be moved up into Session.
Don't forget to update the examples in the manual.
