Allow isIdempotent to be configured via ExecutionProfile

Query idempotence (configured via isIdempotent) seems like a good candidate for configuration on ExecutionProfile because certain workloads may be read-only or only apply idempotent mutations , so it would be convenient to mark all queries as idempotent or non-idempotent at a profile level.
