Vertex Properties don't handle multiple cardinality / rich properties.

Description

This is the python ticket that mirrors the corresponding issue explained in
https://datastax-oss.atlassian.net/browse/JAVA-1081

The basic premise is the unexplained array in vertex result properties does serve a purpose. Which allows for multiple-cardinality with vertex properties.

I was able to repro the issue simply in python with the following code snippet.

This produces the following output

Because we only look at the first element in the properties array we loose some information. I'll submit a pr with a test based off of this shortly

Integration tests in PR. Broken unit tests fixed on master after merge.
