Change Cassandra.connect to Cassandra.cluster to remove confusion

I understand your confusion, all README files are meant to be read from http://datastax.github.io/ruby-driver/, I'll add something to the docs generation process to make links compatible

Oops didn't see that link! I was actually trying the links under the homepage "Read more" for Cassandra.connect, etc.

Results in a HTTP 404, so I assumed the docs were just not up yet.

A full list of changes would be a nice addition, would you mind noting the bits that changed as you find them so that I can include them in the docs. Additionally, the api doc is fully up and available at http://datastax.github.io/ruby-driver/api/cluster/. I don't think the rubydoc will be available until a stable release (they don't process --pre gems)
