Token-aware writing data to Cassandra

The aim of this ticket is to provide a better algorithm for writing data to Cassandra, especially by taking into account replica location for a particular row.

please take a look once again; I've fixed load balancing policy to return localhost first, integrated PriorityHashMap and made few other changes.

I changed the title, because "refactoring" is about changing code structure only, not improving the algorithms.
